Depends on goals
Ate half of one gummy and was high for 30 hours straight. Food, sleep, caffeine, nothing diminished the high. Tried a quarter of one to hopefully have less time impaired. Still lasted 30 hours. I ended up giving them to a high tolerance friend who also experienced the same duration of 30hrs. Depends on your goals how to rate them. They took the standard hour for onset but lasted way too long in my opinion. I guess nano delta is not a good bio-match for me.
